You will have a specified period to test and accept deliverables. If you do not notify us of defects within the acceptance period, deliverables will be deemed accepted. Acceptance will not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The arbitration shall be conducted in London, United Kingdom, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

YOU AGREE THAT DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND NOT AS PART OF A CLASS ACTION OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any affiliate or successor in interest without your consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any applicable service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Jasamu regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
